How to keep my SP

hii guys I used to go on this sub reddit a lot trying to manifest my SP back. Well, he came back in November and he’s currently my bf. The only issue I have is trying to keep him. I get scared he’s going to leave and recently he’s been telling me issues about our relationship and I don’t know what to do, I feel lost even though I know i manifested him back. It took me about 6-7 months, he came back randomly when I stopped thinking about him honestly. He’s the love of my life I don’t want him to ever leave. Any and all advice is appreciated, I feel like after i’ve manifested him back i’ve gotten back into the old habits before which caused us to breakup.
