Cervical stitch

I’m in the UK and on 26th June I had a cervical stitch put in because my cervix is weak, first time ever having it done. I was told I’d get a follow up in about 2 weeks so that should be around 10th July, but I’m just wondering realistically how long it usually takes to actually get that appointment booked in? Also if anyone’s had a cervical stitch before, how long after did you and your partner feel comfortable resuming bedroom stuff? And at what stage of pregnancy did they remove your stitch? Just for context I’ve got ADHD and I really need things planned out properly (appointments, timelines, knowing what’s normal etc) so not knowing what to expect is making me a bit anxious and I’d really appreciate hearing people’s experiences.
