Just two short questions

I created a household with four (2 young adults, 1 toddler and 1 baby) members. Where exactly is it saved? I need to make a backup of it, which brings me to my next question. When I create a new save game (with the tutorial), I have to create my character during the tutorial. Is it possible to create an entire household right away, or to import the household I already created from my previous save game?
