Scored these gloves a while back - now what?

Hi all, not posting often, but having a very hard time with this one. I scored it for my Chayula Tornado build a while back and with time passed in the market I wonder what range to go for in terms of what it is worth, as I am now heading out to go for a new build and need some divines (that is why the char in background is already stripped, see attribute reqs ;) ).

And I am puzzled as I cannot find ones with 2 rune sockets (incl. the jewel socket) and similar stats. Is 199div too ambitious?

Many thanks.
