RAM and SSD upgrade recs for HP Envy 2021

I am an EE student who is looking to upgrade my laptops ram and ssd for my workflow. I am not buying a whole new laptop. I currently have 8 gb of ram and 256 gb ssd. I was looking to upgrade to 32gb ram and maybe a 1 tb ssd. Do you all have any recommendations for ram and ssd units? I am looking to save money where possible, so i do not need the best. Just need for handling applications like MATLAB, Vscode, Quartus, Vivado, etc. Nothing gaming related.
