Pc automatically starts boot menu

I built my own pc and tried to install windows on it. Everything worked until 35% when the installation process stopped and it said, that the windows installation failed. Now when I restart the pc the boot menu opens up. When I exit it it just pops up again. Any suggestions what I can do? Its very frustrating since i bought a brand new pc and ruined it
