Why so rude

Anyone ever noticed how most bhutanese people are just very rude and angry? Like saying cuss words at the smallest things, arguing for the smallest things, always talking in rude tone. Ive noticed this mostly in schools too, so many teachers are mean to students and are always angry for some reason??
