​My flatmate and I are looking for a third person to join us in leasing a comfortable 3-bedroom apartment in Debrecen.

​About the Flat & Location:

​Location: Excellent location close to the University of Debrecen, with quick access to public transport, supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants.

​The Setup: It has a bright and practical layout perfectly suited for 3 students. It is fully furnished and equipped.

​Your Room: You will have your own fully private bedroom (I can send you a picture of it!). It comes furnished with a bed, desk, chair, and a massive wooden wall unit with tons of wardrobe/storage space.

​Note: The building does not currently have air conditioning, but it has great natural light and a cozy setup.

​Lease Term: Minimum 1-year lease. The agent mentioned it is available immediately, so we are looking to secure it for an August 1st start date.

​The Financials (The Best Part):

​Total Rent: 260,000 HUF/month total for the flat.

​Your Share: Exactly 86,667 HUF / month plus utilities (which will be split equally 3 ways).

​Total with Bills: Expect your total monthly expenses to be around 102,000 to 107,000 HUF max.

​Deposit: A standard 2 months' rent deposit is required upfront by the landlord (split 3 ways).

​About Us:

We are two male students—one incoming freshman studying Computer Science Engineering, and one senior who has already been at the university for 2 years (so he knows the city and how to handle utilities/landlords perfectly). We are laid-back, respectful of privacy, and very big on keeping shared spaces clean and hygienic.
