I'm I a vampire

Last night I had a dream that I was with a group of men. I don't like the group of men that I was with. One of the men said something out of the way and under his breath. To me and I told him to tell me what he said. He wouldn't tell me what he said so I grabbed his arm and throat to break it. At that moment he called me a vampire. In my daily life I am not a violent person nor would I do this. In the dream I also didn't feel like I was doing anything malicious. Or with the wrong intentions. The weirdest part about it is afterwards. What I believe was my wife came in and kissed me. But then I woke up. What does any of this mean?
