I hate the branch i took

After 12th i was confused about what branch should I choose and somehow I ended up taking btech in biotech

Now I am in my 3rd year and I am kind of regretting that. So can anyone tell what I should do next? Or give me some options. I took a minor in computer science and engineering. I find python more interesting in the first year than other subjects. But still i am not sure about what to do in the future.. 🥲
