Advice

I really do like my job and I'm treated very well! 9/10 managers are awesome and same story with my co-workers.. however my process lead is a different story.

Maybe this is half venting and half looking for opinions/advice? Idk. I'm just tired of it.

My personal experience with him has always been iffy. He's made comments on my body such as "You're looking good!" Or "Congrats on the weight loss". I know his comments aren't flirting as he's a gay man.. but it feels inappropriate. During this time i was going through an active eating disorder.. so. What pissed me off the MOST was a comment made on my girlfriend. They've gone through some different pronouns and identity as they've grown up.. I was chatting with my PL about this (it was relevant) and he goes "oh did they finally decide?"... yuck.

He's also discussed various inappropriate topics with another co-worker (people accusing him of assault and other stories where he 100% seems to be at fault). Has shown her his nipple for some reason?? I dont think any context makes that okay. Calls people who leave quitters. Has called my EL a bitch behind her back to ME.. has called me a bitch probably 4 times.. but of course in a joking way 🫩.

More stories and generally him being weird but id be here for a while.

Idk i just dont know what to do and im tired. This is probably a written mess but whatever haha.
