Told to essentially shut up over age concerns

I'm pushing 20 I'm like. Pretty old in roblox terms. And that's okay like whatever but what isn't okay is the fact that, for whatever reason, the face scan decided i was 13. and now I can only use chat to interact with people 13-15?? And that's like something they're down with that's something they encourage.

After emailing support twice i basically got a "yeah go use your id", which is pretty hard when you dont have any ID on account of being in and out of hospital and stuck in your room due to various chronic illnesses i wont get into. I DO own a passport but it's 10 years out of date and they don't accept that. Super cool roblox i didn't know we WANTED to make it so adults could only talk to kids and vice versa
