Xtool A30M power balance test

So I am trying to use the A30m to perform a power balance on a 2011 Chevy 3500 6.0 gas. It goes into the procedure, but when I click to deactivate a cylinder, nothing changes. The A/C stays on, even though the prompts say it will turn off for the test. Is there a trick to the order of operations?

Also, its not showing any fuel pressure reading for this truck, while my 2019 Duramax shows the lift pump and rail pressure. Wtf?
