Right side of back hurts when i breathe in deeply.

Hi, I’m 19, Male, 5’11, and don’t smoke. I recently started to feel pain in the right side of my back when i breathe in, and it stops me from breathing in all of the way. I remember drinking a big gulp of water and choked on it and spat the rest out. The pain started a couple hours later.

I googled this and it said it could be serious, but I don’t know if it’s google being google and i’m fine or if it’s actually serious.
