Need Help in process for Expired Student Permit

I previously obtained a student permit in 2022, but due to college, I was unable to transition to a non pro license. My permit has since expired. Now that I have the time to process IDs, are there any updated procedures or requirements for reapplying for a student permit? Thank you.
