Bought a new acemagic

Then i read about the possible malware and spyware on the systems. Reinstalling windows seemed like a goodnsolution for me. I downloaded the correct version on an empty usb stick put the stick in my new pc and started the installation process for windows. At around 35% it stopped and said the installation failed. Now i csnt my new pc properly, it always opens up the boot menu, which just reappears after I exited it. Pls help
