Does the humour get better?

I really enjoy the concept and setting and how dark the world is but after finishing the first book the style of humour has just exhausted me. It's constant millennial cringe and crude descriptions of gross things for the sake of it. The foot fetish stuff is just like... yeah we get it does this really need to be mentioned every 5 pages. Does this aspect improve with the rest of the books or does it stay this way?

Edit: sorry if this came off as combative!! I get humour is subjective I just wanna know if it's worth continuing for me!!
