Buying process in Canada (noobie question)?

I’m new to the brand and considering buying, I’m curious what the buying process is like in Canada?

I’ve been pretty interested in a Carrera T. It’s fun to poke around the website and spec one.

Once you are done it directs you to a page to select a dealer to facilitate the order process.

Given that you’re customizing, can you still negotiate? Is negotiating only for cars on the lot /in stock?

What was your buying process like? What is the best approach? Where are you located? What did you end up paying in relation to the asking price?
