Helppp I need an iPhone recovery (1 single pwd)

So basically I lost my email in my old iPhone which btw is completely cracked still turns on but clicks on its own and I really need access to email and like the recovery phone on this email is a phone number long agooo and I completely forgot the password for this email too and I tried every possible w y thru Google to get it and I fear my only option is thru the broken iPhone that i cannot to iTunes and yes I’ve already checked saved passwords on my other iPhone and this specific email address is the only one missing 😭😭 if anyone knows a way let me know I’m desperate 😭
