I'm screwed. Pls help. Saves deleted. Can't save.

Trying to save my game deleted my save file. I now am stuck in the game with no way to save or any back up save files. Every time I click save, it does a little blip and doesn't save anything. If I exit the game or die I'm going to lose ALL my progress. I'm already caught up on story and many more hours in. FFFFFF.
