DLC's To Disable

So far, there are two DLC's you need to disable (if you own them) to make the mod work. I'll update the list if any more need to be added and give an explanation why:

1. Arms Against Tyranny: This one seems to be crashing people frequently for unknown reasons
2. La Resistance: CWIC has no spy system (I imagine their Influence System takes its place) so this DLC is functionally useless. Just to be safe, I would disable it as well
