When the moon wanes, why do my teeth get sharper?

And I don't mean why do they 'feel' sharper, I want to know why my teeth have more of an edge and always when the moon is waning.

This sounds like a stupid question, which is why I tried posting to r/nostupidquestions, but I guess my question is actually stupid, or it's too medical as it got removed.

Ever since I was little, I had noticed that there'd be periods of time when my teeth, usually a single tooth or two, sometimes more, and usually the canine teeth, would be able to cut through food easier. During these times, my teeth also like to scrape at my inner mouth and give me an annoying blister or two for a week.

I never noticed until a few years ago when I started keeping track of it that my teeth get razor sharp when the moon wanes, like it's set on the same 28 day cycle of the moon.

Has anyone else ever experience this before? And is it possible that it's always coincidence that my teeth get sharp closest to a new moon? What could be causing my teeth to sharpen?
