Sharing My High-Mobility Cold Grenade DoK Rogue — Low Investment, High Damage
Hi everyone, I’m Chad. Since I’m from Taiwan and using AI for translation, feel free to ask if anything is unclear. Today I want to share the Cold DoK Rogue I’m using. This build only needs the required gear, and the only affix you really need is +Energy Regeneration to enter T12. Once you get Blurring Blade, it can clear monsters very quickly, so I especially recommend it to players who enjoy Freeze effects.
Although this build can reach decent damage very quickly, it has two main issues:
1.This build heavily focuses on Freeze-based damage. Combined with Stun Grenades-related effects, it can keep monsters Frozen for a long time. However, it struggles to deal damage to monsters that cannot be Frozen, such as Unstoppable enemies and structures. This can be solved by swapping out an Aspect. Bosses sometimes also fail to trigger Azurewrath, which can be solved by replacing an Aspect and some gear.
2.Although the build can enter T12 very quickly in the early stage, pushing its damage further requires 100% Attack Speed, Critical Strike Chance, and around 54% Cooldown Reduction.

This Maxroll planner is the early target setup. You only need the gear and do not need to meet the requirements in point 2. The damage can already reach hundreds of billions to trillions. The Unique Charm can temporarily be replaced with a ring, and even temporarily replacing Signet of Pelghain still allows you to enter T12 smoothly. However, you need to pay attention to the two issues mentioned above in order to consistently kill boss-level monsters in T12. If you are only doing Helltides, the impact is much smaller. The video inside is in Chinese, but the first minute shows fast clearing at Tier 100, so you can use it as a reference if needed.
Lastly, I want to complain a little. Blizzard always wants players to try more new skill setups, but structures being unable to be Frozen, as well as the bugs related to bosses, are very clearly reasons that discourage players from experimenting.
