Burton AK pants & jackets sizing

Looking for some advice regarding Burton AK Cyclic pants and Hover or Cyclic Jacket sizing. I read a few earlier topics on it, and most are regarding jackets only (but still leave a little room for ???)

Chest: 98 cm/38"

Natural Waist: 90cm/35"

Hips: 91cm/36"

Arms: 83 cm/33"

Inseam: 81 cm/32"

Hips: 91cm/36"

The Burton size chart has me for an S jacket, except for my waist, it says Large(?!)

For pants it has me at XS(?!)

This sounds a little off to me. Anyone with a similar build rocking Burton AK who can enlighten me?

(No shops really close, closest is 2hrs drive one way, so might go there in a few weeks if needed)
