Pets at the wedding

I'm sure we've all seen those wedding videos of people with their cats' heads or doing custom desserts based on those pets - I hand painted the labels for the cans of beer we're doing as a favour with a themed portrait of our cat (we also have coasters for people who won't take one) but I'm wondering how invested people will be in somebody else's animal LOL
