The first picture is what I want to re-create and the second one is my current set up

Hi everyone,
I am currently looking for a gooseneck antenna extension for my **Baofeng DM-32UV**.
(around 12 to 15 inches / 30 to 40 cm) are exactly what I need. My issue is that the specific model shown in my picture is extremely short, which means the antenna is constantly in my way. I’ve been searching online for a while now, but I just can't find one that fits.
To make things trickier, the DM-32UV has a specific design quirk: it requires an **SMA-Female** connector, but the plastic housing around the antenna port is deeply recessed and very narrow. Standard extensions made for other Baofeng radios (like the UV-5R) have bases that are too thick. They hit the radio's plastic body before they can actually thread into the slim connector. \[[1](https://www.reddit.com/r/Baofeng/comments/1qd80ku/dm32uv_spaceradapter_to_keep_antenna_off_the_case/), [2](https://www.aliexpress.com/i/1005008976205918.html), [3](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AbWLz4dYF9U&t=1)\]
Does anyone have a tip or a link to a long -length gooseneck extension with a **slim base** that actually screws all the way down into the DM-32UV without getting blocked by the housing? \[[1](https://www.reddit.com/r/Baofeng/comments/1qd80ku/dm32uv_spaceradapter_to_keep_antenna_off_the_case/)\]
Thanks a lot for your help!
