Tax Amount Taken Out Twice from Bank Account

I received an extension to file my taxes and promptly paid what mg accountant said I was owed. I paid on direct pay via my bank account. I checked today and they deducted the amount twice from my account so I ended up paying double what I owe.

Is there a way to request this money back? Will they automatically refund it? What is the process for receiving this money back?
