Need help with a pigeon

I found a pigeon with a swollen eye like a tumor on the eye and took it to the vet and it removed it , now it only has one eye. It is most likely bird flu the vet said . It's a local vet , not very experienced.

It's 38 degrees outside and like before it's not moving. I have kept it in a cardboard box under the fan.

It only responds when i try to touch it, it's scared.

We gave it a small diluted solution of paracetamol with a syringe and half of which it vomited.

The vet has given a grain meal for it , but i feel like it's too hard for it to swallow.

I'm a little experienced with sick chickens since i had several as pets before, but not with pigeons. I really want to help it but the vet has predicted it will most likely not survive. I live in a third world country so not much support is available for animals here.

Please guide me about the dos and don'ts , i really want for it to live again.
