Is M1/Intel Macbook good enough for Flutter in 2026?

I've never been a fan of Apple, but lately I've gotten into App dev as my side hustle and I'm looking to launch an app for Android and iOS. As you guys may be knowing, deploying an app on Apple's App store require the build through macOS.

I've a decent enough Windows system, but I'll have to additionally get a macbook just for this deployment. I'm looking to purchase a second hand macbook. Wanted to know about the performance of older macbooks (intel, m1 chips) while developing for flutter. Can they run emulator and VScode simultaneously in 2026?
