Hair shedding

On average, how much hair do you lose in the shower? I am a little over 1.5 years postpartum and went through severe postpartum shedding. I noticed shedding coming back on a couple months ago, (not quite as bad)so I got my iron and ferritin levels checked in my ferritin is very very low. But I’m also trying to gauge what is my new normal for hair shedding.
