what do you want in an ai photo enhancer before you trust it with old or low quality images?
I’ve been playing with a few AI photo enhancement tools lately, mostly for old family photos and images that came out blurry or noisy.
The results may seem impressive at first, but I still try to understand what actually makes one tool better than another. Some tools, for instance, over sharpen faces, alter the original colors, or make up details that aren’t really there.
I found art guru while looking at options because it has photo enhancement, upscaling, old photo restoration and background removal all in one spot. I'm wondering if anyone here has tried it or similar tools.
When using an ai enhancer, what is most important to you? Keeping the photo natural, getting a better resolution, restoring faces or having more manual control over the result?
also, are there any tools you trust for photos you don’t want to over process?
