Buying a 2015 Honda City for project car

Hello Cityers,
I live in Pune and I want to buy a Honda City 4th Gen petrol manual to finally fulfill my childhood dream of building my own project car. I’m a total grease monkey, so I’m gonna work on it on my own with some assistance of my mechanic.

I need help from you guys on 2 cases.

1. My first issue is this going to be my first Honda car. I have moved to Pune, I used to live in Mumbai before. I have no community support here. Thus, I was wondering is it okay to buy a Honda city that is driven 95k kms? If yes, how long can cars like these keep going? What are the possible big expense I need to look out for?

2. Next issue is Pune’s nanapeth honestly has below average options. Where can I get good used OEM parts for the City and also good quality aftermarket parts. I’m talking about everything, lights, seats, airfilters, suspensions, tyres, etc.

Please help me out here. I would also appreciate any leads to WhatsApp group or tuner groups would also be a great help.
