How to Copy/Mass Produce the God clones?

Finally got through the process and have red/yellow/blue Berries with GGYYYY. But what do I do to... I guess get more of them?

Say I have 8 blue God clones, Do I just corner plant them in a planter, and Clone them when they get to mature? Or would I wait until they got to the Ripe stage like normal? I don't want to mess this up after so much waiting lol
