Sun Life False Claims

Has anyone recently being flagged from Sun Life for false claims? I have receipts from Therapist but submitted under Speech Therapy ( my old provider name) which has a higher coverage. What is the next step as i just got a call 3 days ago and they asked me about that. any advise from anyone how i can resolve this without loosing my job?
