(Need help) preparing for 5th 14700K. Getting tired of these degrading.

I just got an RMA from intel for my Fifth 14700K. I have been running the latest BIOS 2107. (Asus ROG Strix Z790 Gaming Wi-Fi II) The first one lasted a year. The fourth one 2 weeks. After around 10 days the Kernal Power Critical errors began and got progressively worse.

Anyone know of a detailed video or guide to under Volt if that's an option and limit the VID to 1.325 max. Running HWMonitor I saw it spiking to 1.514 and averaging 1.4+ under load. (Gaming)

I wasn't even running XMP btw.
