B/W into B2/W2 dupes management

Yo! I’m considering a run of B/W into B2/W2 with dupes carried over.

Is there a good way for me to keep track of that beyond just making a Big Spreadsheet?

If I make the Big Spreadsheet then I’d probably want things like greying out of dupes etc which will be a whole thing.

The nuzlocke app is great for running individual games but I dunno how good it will be for the second half of the “marathon”.
