Why does Blizzard hate cool cosmetics?

Every seasonal thing is spikes that aren't symmetrical, a few horns on a helmet, a chest piece that is either shooting out colored smoke or has a glowing heart or something.

My real issue is sorcerer doesn't have a wizard hat. Why is my sorcerer always half ass naked and wearing spikes. Gives warlock. But wait, the warlock has Dante the Demon Pimp outfit on release with a big ass hat. Weak.
