Performance Help

Hello everyone ,
I’m currently running a 5800X3D and a 5070Ti with 4x8gb vengeance pro ram. Monitor is a MSI 272qp x50.
My ram is NOT stable with xmp on and running at the advertised 3200mhz which idk if that matters much but i’m only averaging around 100-130 fps with 4:3 1920x1080 500hz all settings on Low and no frame gen or DLSS. Also to add , resolution scale is at 100%.
Anyone else running this same setup and getting the same performance ? I feel like i should be near 200’s…
(I like running at stretched res instead of 16:9)
