Anyone know the fic this is from?

Basics are that Izuku has a cybernetic eye because he lost the original one fighting Stain in Hosu. Mei made the replacement one but worked herself sick with power loaded asking Izuku to try talking sense into Mei. Basically Mei believes the only reason Izuku got hurt was because her support gear failed which means it and by extension she wasn't good enough. Izuku calms her down stating it was only an eye he lost because her gear saved him from much worse. This leads to Mei realising she has a crush on Izuku and later in the fic they start dating.
