Should I feel bad my fiance/ex is breaking his lease bc I’m leaving?

venting/ranting

I’ve (28F) have been trying to break up with him for about a month, but due to me getting overstimulated easily once the conversation hits 3 hours I just give in and say we can stay together and figure it out so we can stop talking about the same thing.

Fast forward and I did officially break up with him, we both agreed on living together as friends, then the next day he was raising his voice at me bc he showed me a porn and I didn’t try to initiate a makeup out with him or anything. Meanwhile him raising his voice at me period if a boundary for me and one of the reasons I broke up with him & I only decided to move after realizing we can’t even have peace as friends.

Additional context:
We’ve been together for a year, living together for 6 months. Only his name is on the lease and I did try to make it clear to him 6 months ago before we moved in that he should only be moving here if it’s bc he wants to and not just me bc it was a hour away from our hometown.

I just want to know if I’m wrong bc he’s been making me feel shitty while we’ve been packing the past 2 days that “we have to move” bc I don’t care about him or trust home but I was only going to move back to my moms bc the relationship wasn’t feeling peaceful to me. Mind you no one is forcing him to break the lease and move.

He says he talked to his friends about our problems for the first time and they all said 6 months isn’t enough time for us to figure it out and our relationship is ‘great’ bc he doesn’t call me out my name or we don’t have physical fights, and he pays all the bills, but what does that mean at the cost of my peace??
