My dysphoria is incurable and I genuinely want to end my life over it
I've struggled with gender dysphoria since I was a child but was forced to repress it until adulthood. I've transitioned as far as I can but the dysphoria still exists because there is nothing I can do to change my legal sex, there is nothing I can do to change my assigned sex, and there is nothing I can do to change the way I was raised. The state where I live does not allow gender changes so unless something changes I will forever be seen as a female first. This is never the life I wanted for myself.
I cannot date because I do not have a penis and the process to get one is completely miserable. I'm 27 years old and I've never had a girlfriend. Nobody wants to date a 5'3" man with no penis, who can't have children, who is legally a woman. Nobody even wants to be friends with someone like that.
If my parents had allowed me to transition as a kid I could have skipped the scars on my chest and I could have gotten my legal gender changed before the laws prohibited it but I waited too long and everything got worse and now I just want to kill myself. Maybe even in that hypothetical I would still want to kill myself. Living like this is absolute torture.
I need some kind of escape but there is no way out from this. There is truly no way out. Even if everything was legal and I could snap my fingers and become a man, I'd still have my family who see me as a daughter and sister, I'd still have a girls' upbringing, I'd still have transphobes who insist I am a woman. There's no solution to any of it. My life is ruined from the day I was born and I never even got a chance.
