Legendary Machete & Pistol build question

Hey, I just reached the Ramparts on 2BC. Building for Mutation, with 8, 2, 1 spread right now on scrolls. I also luckily got the legendary Machete & Pistol, which just fires the Pistol for crits.

Can someone help me with a build for this in terms of the mutations + synergy skills? Thank you.
