Cell Provider

Wondering if anyone has a recommendation for a cell provider with decent service out here. I have Rogers and connection is spotty at best, and freezes up entirely frequently. Any knowledge of whether that’s a Roger’s thing, or just a Listowel thing? Would switching make it worse?
