I need advice.

I need advice. I (16 M) am gay and everyone around me is getting asked out, and losing their virginity. I go to a school where mostly everyone is straight and there is maybe ten openly gay people including myself. I feel terrible being a virgin and not dating. I want that intimacy with someone I care about and idk what to do. it’s really taking a toll on me, I’ve thought about going on Grindr which im still not sure about but im scared. Any advice?
