Out of sight, out of mind… how do you actually revisit things?

Questions/Advice

I’ve always used the Notes app on my phone as a giant brain dump. Anything that’s on my mind—things to do, financial reminders, random ideas, appointments, questions, literally everything—goes in there. Lately, though, I’ve been feeling like I need a different approach.

I recently started working with an ADHD coach, and the sessions themselves have been really helpful. After every session, she sends me resources, worksheets, and notes that tie into what we talked about. The problem is… I almost never look at them.
It’s like the second the session ends, they’re out of sight, out of mind. Then Wednesday rolls around for our next session, and I realize I never reviewed any of the material she sent.

I’m curious if anyone else struggles with this. Have you found a system that actually works for managing your thoughts, reminders, and ADHD resources? Did you move away from using your phone’s Notes app? Or is there a way to make yourself actually revisit the things you save instead of just collecting them?

Would love to hear what’s worked for you.
