Single slot pcie card mod?

Has anyone here made a custom (3d printed) mod bracket to vertically mount a single full height pcie card in the half-height card pcie slots location in the Y60/70? Been wanting to use a Y70 but giving up using a PCie a thunderbolt/USB 4 card is a big deterence but I see the physical space for it to fit behind where graphics card exist where the half height pcie slot covers are. Would just need to use a 4x riser cable & some way to mount it to the half height slot screw mounts 🤔
