Treatment / Recommendations Please

Hi, I had h pylori when I was 17 the first time and was healed after a course of antibiotics. I remember feeling fine after through college and into my early adult years, but I started experiencing terrible acid reflux symptoms (where I’d get up in the middle of the night) at 30. I got tested for h pylori again and it was positive. I was prescribed the typical antibiotic course for treatment and felt great after. I retested 2 months after treatment and it was negative. 7 months later, I started feeling nausea and bloating and couldn’t take coffee normally as I used to. I got in touch with a GI specialist who completed an endoscopy. I tested positive for focal mild active duodenitis & mild chronic lamina propria inflammation (negative for h pylori). I also tested positive for SIBO. I was given Omeprazole - couldn’t tolerate it and then started rifaximin for SIBO (also made me bloat terribly but I still finished it). It’s a month after treatment and I feel the nausea again when my stomach is empty and have bloating as well (with occasional constipation). I also have a mucusy feeling at the back of my throat and sometimes it’s hard to swallow. Has anyone ever had this and what helped resolve it? I made an appointment with an eastern medicine doctor since my GI doctor keeps writing off symptoms / prescribing more meds.
