Harmonies that soothe the ears but also kind of sad?

Yesterday I saw Hell’s Kitchen at my local theater and it was amazing. One of the songs the really stood out to me was Gramercy Park and I’m looking for songs that a similar mhmmm harmony. That sad but almost yearning type harmony?
