Bring Pking back to being a fairer contest.

A lot of people don't even give pvp a chance because they watch videos and see these people 1 tick combo people with op weapons so my suggestions are as follows:

Option 1. All weapons deal 50% of their dmg when used in PVP unless on pvp worlds.

Option 2. Remove the ability to use Special attacks in the wilderness. Note: This does not apply to pvp worlds.

I believe either of these options would bring back Honor PKing and also bring more people into pking.

I am personally a bigger fan of Option 2. And do keep in mind that these would not apply to pking worlds.
