AI Chat history getting wiped out

For some reason my Duck.ai chat history keeps getting deleted. I looked today and all my precious chats are now gone! This has happened previously as well. I am positive I have not asked to delete or clear anything. I do not understand what happened. Perhaps I am missing something.

I doubt there is a way to recover them (is there?), but how can I keep this from happening? These chats have really important info and history in them. Any insight or advice would be helpful.

(FYI, I am on a Pro Subscription)
